TRiNDS Continuing Education Program: Investing in Excellence

TRiNDS partners with innovative clients working in rare disease research. One of the keys to our success is our commitment to maintaining a culture of excellence. Our specialized, experienced, and knowledgeable teams of experts need to bring high level support to every project, every day. For us to continue providing the highest quality support to our clients, we need to foster collaboration and to stay up to date on the most cutting-edge methods and strategies in our field.

One of the ways we cultivate our commitment to excellence and invest in our employees is through our Continuing Education Program. The Continuing Education Program is one of the ways TRiNDS gives back to the people who make our projects successful. The program funds every employee to receive continuing education every year. Employees can attend conferences and trainings, train for certifications, and participate in other relevant educational programs. Our employees return to work re-invigorated with new information, re-committed to the work at hand, and better prepared to continue supporting innovation in rare disease clinical research. We invest in our employees to support not only their current positions, but also to support our employees as they achieve their career goals.

Employees who receive funding through the Continuing Education Program present their work to their peers at the TRiNDS Educational Series. This monthly seminar gives our employees the opportunity to share their newfound knowledge with the rest of the team. Our seminar discussions identify ways to improve our processes, increase efficiency, and adapt to new approaches in the field. TRiNDS supports everyone’s professional development and training, encourages sharing information, and empowers every employee to help make TRiNDS better every day.
