TRiNDS Fall Retreat 2023 Highlights

TRiNDS partners with innovative clients working in rare disease research around the world. We prioritize providing clients with high quality, uninterrupted support from our experienced and professional team members. To provide our clients with continuous support, TRiNDS fosters a predominantly work from home (WFH) environment that is project-centered, emphasizes collaboration, and cultivates social connections within our team.

As a primarily home-based company, opportunities to engage in person important to focus on and foster. Our Pittsburgh team meets in person once a month to maintain and grow team relationships. TRiNDS hosts our annual company retreat in order to extend these opportunities to our team members across the country.

Our retreat this year took place over a 3-day period from the 26th-27th of September in Chicago, Illinois. We covered several topics such as company goals, lessons learned over the past year, key performance indicators (KPIs), and personality styles. We even had TRiNDS ‘speed dating’ to get to know each other better!

TRiNDS also set up several social activities, including team dinners, group outings, and a boat tour of Chicago. Overall, our team members left the retreat with better team connections and a greater understanding of our company goals. We would like to express our appreciation for everyone who attended the retreat and anyone who was involved in a retreat presentation. TRiNDS extends special thanks to our HR Generalist, Ashley Degele, who was responsible for organizing and booking all of our retreat locations and activities.

TRiNDS is a contract research organization (CRO) dedicated to conducting rare and neuromuscular disease research. We offer expert research and clinical trial services to sponsors and researchers around the world from project launch to closeout. We are looking for great people to help us on our future projects. TRiNDS employees enjoy a competitive benefits package, supportive work environment, personal mentoring, social engagement, and contributing to projects that matter. Contact TRiNDS today or check out our latest TRiNDS Careers opportunities to learn more about how you can get involved.
